Simply let the agent know your VacationEARS Club membership number, they will confirm your balance, and then go ahead and secure you that deal. .

The funds are held in a trust account and are only allowed to be used for making travel arrangements. Apart from the initial set up fee. every single penny therefore is fully refundable should you wish to make a withdrawal.
Please note: This would be a full refund of all funds held in your account, minus the set up fee, and processed as a one off payment. We are unable to process partial refunds. If you wish to rejoin the club again thereafter, you will need to pay the set up fee once again.
Your funds can only be used to purchase travel arrangements made via Go Magical from Go Travel Group Limited. If you see a deal elsewhere that you are interested in, let one of our agents know and they will do their best to price match or beat the price where possible so that you can book it using your VacationEARS club account.
